RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At LUCE Immortal, each candle is individually handcrafted with the utmost care. We kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy:
• Eligibility – Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the event that an incorrect product has been delivered.
• Shipping-Related Damage – As we work with trusted third-party couriers, any damage occurring in transit is beyond our direct control. In such cases, we regret that we are unable to offer replacements or refunds. For peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting shipping insurance to protect your purchase against unforeseen incidents during delivery.
• Exclusions – We are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or on-sale items.
• Procedure – For eligible claims, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

• Artisanal Craftsmanship – As each candle is individually hand-poured, subtle variations in texture and finish are a natural hallmark of its artisanal character, making every piece truly unique.
• Natural Wax Characteristics – Our paraffin-free VPro blend may develop delicate frosting, gentle colour shifts, or small air bubbles over time. These cosmetic variations do not affect burn performance or fragrance quality.
• Temperature Sensitivity –Extreme heat or cold during transit or storage may cause minor surface changes. We recommend storing your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Fragrance Nuance – Designed for a refined, ambient scent experience, fragrance throw may vary slightly depending on room size, airflow, and environment.
• Display & Safety – To preserve the sculptural form, burn on a heat-resistant candle plate and monitor closely during use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Handcrafted Dimensions – All weights and burn times are approximate, as each candle is individually crafted and finished by hand.
